RETURN POLICY
Effective Date: March 1, 2025
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return :
• Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• Must include a photo of the item’s condition
• Return request must be made within 30 days of order date
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Used, installed, or damaged items
• Special/custom orders
• Exclusive inventory
• Wheels with mounted tires, engines, turbos, body panels
3. Restocking & Fees
• All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee
• Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable
• Orders with free shipping will have shipping cost deducted from the refund
4. Return Process
• Contact info@bnbgarage.ca with item details and a photo
• Ship approved returns to :

• Refunds processed 2–3 business days after inspection
5. Damaged Shipments
• Report within 3 business days of delivery
• Carrier claim resolutions may take up to 30 days
6. Exchanges
• Exchanges subject to same conditions as returns
• May require additional payment for price differences
