Welcome to BNB Motorsports. By accessing our website (bnbmotorsports.ca) or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our site or services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Our website is hosted on WooCommerce, providing us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products and services.
2. General Use of Website
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this site.
• You may not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Violation of any Terms may result in immediate termination of your access.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason.
3. Orders & Payments
• All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.
• We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders, including those that appear to be from resellers or distributors.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date account and billing information.
4. Order Cancellation
• Orders cancelled after processing will incur a 3% fee to cover non-refundable payment processing charges.
• We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our discretion.
5. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and include a photo of current condition.
• Returns accepted within 30 days of order date.
Restocking Fee
• All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
• Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
• Used, installed, or damaged items
• Special/custom orders and exclusive inventory
• Wheels with mounted tires, engines, turbochargers, and body panels
Return Process
• Contact us with item details and a photo.

• Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days upon inspection.
• Orders with free shipping will have shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Shipping Damage
• Report damaged items within 3 business days of delivery.
• Carrier claims may take up to 30 days. Refunds or replacements depend on claim outcome.
6. Warranties
• BNB Motorsports does not provide direct warranties.
• We will assist with manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.
7. Shipping Policy
• Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and shipped in 3–5 days.
• Delivery takes 3–7 business days via standard ground.
• Expedited and international shipping available upon request.
• We are not liable for delays due to carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.”
8. Limitation of Liability
• Services and products are provided “as-is” and “as available.”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or timely service.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
• Installation and misuse of parts are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
9. Intellectual Property
• All site content, logos, and images are property of BNB Motorsports and may not be reused without written permission.
11. Third-Party Tools & Links
• We may offer tools or services from third parties “as is” without warranties.
• Third-party links may direct you to sites we do not control. We are not liable for third-party content or transactions.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the site or its content for :
• Any unlawful purpose
• Violating laws or infringing rights
• Spamming, phishing, hacking, or transmitting malware
• Harassment, discrimination, or impersonation
• Circumventing security or accessing accounts fraudulently
We reserve the right to terminate service for any prohibited use.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BNB Motorsports and its affiliates from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the date of termination.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
