Whether you’re experiencing slipping, rough shifting, or other transmission-related problems, this rebuilt mechatronics unit provides the necessary components to bring your Audi back to peak operating condition.

The DL501 DSG / Audi S-Tronic (0B5) mechatronic valve body is used in a variety of Audi models. MLR has rebuilt the valve body and restored the unit to its original specifications and performance standards.

Our rebuild process includes:

• Complete disassembly
• Thorough cleaning and inspection
• Testing of solenoids, valve body and internal circuitry
• Replacement of any damaged or out of specification components
• Replacement of all seals
• Reassembly of mechatronics unit
• Final testing of unit

Please note that a core fee of $450 is included in price and will be refunded once we receive your old unit back.

We do not include a new TCU as part of this rebuild. In some cases we will need your TCU when completin the rebuild to test for functonality. Once you have made your purchase we will provide instructions onceyou have made your purchase.
